I used J. Palermo to move into storage and then up to St. Pete. The crew was excellent both times. Unlike many movers they were unfailingly polite and pleasant. They worked incredibly hard and fast! This was the best moving experience I have ever had. From the initial discussions with Linda the Office Manager and the estimate meeting with Joe. The staff were punctual, polite, extremely hard working and conscientious . The move went like clockwork, finished on time and on. budget. We will be moving again in a year and I will definitely use Palermo Moving and Storage again.

Joe Palermo, the owner, provided a detailed and competitive estimate. I knew I wanted to hire him before receiving the Estimate. He is personable, professional, extremely knowledgeable and very customer oriented. On packing day, Joe arrived with a 3 man crew and they began to efficiently and carefully pack all our goods. His men are very clean cut, in uniform, drug tested and are extremely courteous. He held our goods on a truck for a week while We waited for closing on the new house. He and his crew arrived on time on moving day and quickly moved us in considering the amount of goods we had. All our goods arrived in good condition. The crew positioned all the furniture as requested and reassembled all furniture and televisions. They took all the opened boxes and trash away. I definitely recommend this moving company.

Received an on-site estimate - firm price for an out of town move. Consulted 3 other movers and by far this one was the most affordable. Movers were on-time and were fast and efficient! Everything was wrapped and padded. Very friendly and experienced staff. I also utilized the storage facilities so I had a double move. Storage is pro-rated and the off-load/re-load was VERY reasonable. The price was exactly what was quoted and I was extremely happy with the entire process. The staff that picked up were the same staff that delivered. Moving is so stressful but they made it very easy. I highly recommend this mover and will definitely use again!! Once you find a good one - you keep them!

The crew came out to my mother's home and moved her belongings into a local assisted living facility. They were wonderful. Not only did they help pack up a few boxes that were remaining but all of her furniture was set up at her new place and everything arrived in perfect condition.
